Jeff is known for his creative, results-oriented approach that goes beyond the expected. As the founder of Brand Partners, Jeff works hard to achieve long-term financial success for his clients, while also making a positive contribution to the communities in which he works.
Jeff founded Brand Partners in 2009 after six years as an acquisitions and development partner with Greenway Investment Company, and ten years as a top producing broker with United Commercial Realty.
Jeff graduated with a marketing degree from Boston University, where the city of Boston helped him understand the true value of great buildings with community benefit. He is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR) and was formerly a State Officer and Co-Chairman of the Texas Alliance Program of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He has been a speaker for the National League of Cities, and has lent his expertise to numerous first-tier suburbs in the Dallas metro area. Jeff’s specialties include infill land assemblage and redevelopment, cleanup and redevelopment of environmentally challenged properties, and entitlement and economic development incentives.
Jeff and his wife Sheila have two great kids, and when he’s not hard at work, he loves to get outdoors with them doing everything from skateboarding and riding bikes to simply exploring the city.
Luke joined Brand Partners in May of 2015 as an analyst. Luke has quickly become an indispensable asset to the company, being responsible for getting the job done right, with everything from due diligence, financial modeling, market research and client relations. Luke appreciates that every day at Brand Partners is different and brings an opportunity to be proactive and make clients happy.
Luke graduated with an accounting degree from University of Texas at Dallas. A native Dallasite, he grew up in Richardson, spending weekends outdoors at Lake Texoma on the family boat. In his spare time, Luke likes to play golf, coach Cross Fit and spend time with his family and friends.
Luke is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Tracy came to Brand Partners in November of 2016 as our controller. She is a licensed CPA with ten years of experience as a public accountant and manager in audit services. At the office, she handles all of the money, and is especially knowledgeable in the construction, manufacturing, and the service industries
Tracy graduated from Baylor with a degree in accounting and interior design. She uses both of these degrees on a daily basis through her work at Brand Partners in addition to being one of three founding partners at McNeese Designs. She also volunteers for the Kilgoris project, a non-profit whose goal is to educate children in Kenya, and in her free time enjoys spending time with her three children, playing tennis, and running.
As Director of Construction, Sterling works to deliver projects that create a positive impact on communities, and serve as a compelling advertisement for your business.
With fifteen years of experience in public and private construction as a manger and cost estimator, Sterling has the knowledge and experience to mange jobs successfully, and meet project goals. From day one he ensures that the client’s concept and goals are aligned with their budget, he has successfully completed projects in Dallas and across the US for national retailers including Lowe’s, CVS, Wal-Mart, and Sam’s Clubs.
Sterling holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He and his wife Lindsey have two children, and outside of work, Sterling enjoys coaching his kid’s sports teams, outdoor adventures and managing a family-owned ranch. He was a founding member of QUOIN’S Young Contractors Forum and actively participates in Philanthropic events in his community.
Alayna enjoys crafting, yarn, and breeding cats. She graduated from UNT and is pursuing her masters degree in accounting.
